Well, I guess Naruto wasn't kidding. He IS a good actor. And he could do worse than basing his act on how Sakura behaves. But emulating the body language is a lot harder unless Naruto has leveled up his competence without anyone noticing because he's on the same team as Sakura.

2024-07-29 08:41:18 +0000 UTCA bit of one, a bit of the other. Naruto is more 'aware' in this timeline, if only because Sakura beat it into him...but that's how Sakura looks at everyone. As if they're competent and dangerous. Kunoichi in Naruto aren't often taken seriously. This is a canon thing. They're kind of considered, outside of several notable examples, to be 'dead weight'. Or worse. And it often causes complexes/shapes their motivations. It sure did the original Sakura's. And Kurenai. It's a thing. And Naruto treating her as someone to take seriously, was gratifying. As well as how he treated her as someone with agency... It didn't take much for him to beat 90 percent of his age group on dating skills. Also, yes, she still remembers she's here to invade. But refer to her saying 'she wanted to enjoy the sights before it became rubble'. Same thing here.
