Just so everyone is clear on what the plan is moving forward and how we'll make sure that doesn't happen again.
Main take away is not to point fingers at "who's fault it is" but fixes and improvements.
We will also discuss Mr. Lister Sister Fister and some changes that'll be happening yadda yadda.
