So, its been brought to my attention by that cocky Air Force bastard (love you), that there maaaaay be some confusion in expectations. So, in addition to the the FAQ channel in discord, I'll also be adding a "Shipment" channel for people to pop in and see.
But before I do that I just wanna spell it out for all newcomers (and past newcomers) so that everything is clear.
The way it works:
1) I'm a one-man show pretty much. The team is multi-state and multi-national so logistically, I'm the belly button for most things.
2) Shipping and 'when am I receiving my comics'?
I have a batch system. Which pretty much, means I bulk-ship comics once, until the next is ready. These are tier-dependent. I've worked the wording as best I could in the tier rewards but it may be confusing.
Operators will always be Batch 1 (Catch up issues / TPB's)
Muffin Bears and Battle Buddies will always be Batch 2 / 3
3) Batch Prep ~
Stage 1) Build the PDF's
Stage 2) Send up the PDFS for proofs (longest part as the printing takes a bit.)
Stage 3) Collect the names for the batches and prepare shipping.
Stage 4) Actually shipping. This is the last longest part as once I ship everything out I will wait to confirm that all book has been recieved undamaged, and send out replacements. Once that's good I move onto the next batch.
First come, First Serve.
The intent of this is to be first come, first serve. To reward those who've pledged before with the entire collection.
Back issues make this less special. But I know folks want them, thus the soft-reset we're going through right now.
Some of you guys joined during a period where I was in the middle of fulfilment and missed a few variants already. I probably won't backfill those, however I will "re-start" with the Mech Variant, and Sleeping Variant.
Again, I'm just a one-man show as it comes to fulfilment.
The Caveat to all this is, I have a NEW tracking system in place so this should get easier in the future and more streamlined.

Whichever ones I dont get by being an operator I wanna see which ones I will have to hunt for on ebay and seeing the pic of the cover is the only way to do that since guys who sell their books dont normally list them as "merch variant" or "sleeping variant". Got the #2 and the foil #2 from the Alamo city comic con this past weekend. Love the work you guys are doing but just found out about your patreon yesterday and signed up for the operator level. I would love to be able to get all of the past issues and variants you have of 1 and 2 because I am a completionist when i comes to books i pick up. Was wondering which ones we were gonna get at Operator level because more than likely I will have to pick the other ones up on ebay that I missed out on from earlier months. Keep doing what you do. Really digging the story and the artwork is awesome. Thanks.

2018-11-02 03:39:29 +0000 UTCMostly, its just getting other folks to understand that this intended to be a limited run series and that shipping stuff takes time. So its either make sure everyone gets books that are in good condition, or a one and done. Which I don't like. Still working on some better practices within the Discord V.I.P section. We're getting there, slowly but surely. Also to note, I hope people understand that unlike Marvel and other companies that have TEAMS handling this, I'm doing it myself. So, takes a bit. I'll always update people on whats happening though.
