Issue 2 Spoiler thread.

So, just to humor myself as I've been getting some feedback that I've found... head scratching. I figured I'd just toss out these spoilers for everyone here so you're more informed than everyone going in. Which you should be. So beginning with page 1;

Page 3- Regina mentions SERE training, which stands for Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape, training that many Special Operators have to go through in order to maintain their qualifications. On a lower level, most active duty soldiers have to to complete this training via a online course.

Page 4 - That's Operator in the background killing zombies. This is our soft introduction of him. People missed this appearance apparently. I think everyone is too focused on boobies.

Page 5 - Bottom left panel is a yin / yan representation of the two characters and how they will be interacting in the future. They're essentially two extreme sides of the coin. Operator being what happens when you like your PTSD control you, and Regina being what happens when you don't have full control over it. This'll make more sense moving forward.

Pages 9-10 - These pages were to showcase that Regina gets punished for smart-ass comments. She attempts to, unsuccessfully so, to give herself an ALPHA stance but it backfires horrible. Also people getting punched in the face is funny to me.

Page 12 - This was a VERY important 'blink and you'll miss it' type page. Leigh gets shot nearly point blank in the head, but resurfaces later as a zombie. I was hoping people would pick up on the increased threat level of the plague carriers here. That everyone is infected and it seriously doesn't matter if you're bitten or not. That the plague already has everyone under its grasp. But nothing happened this issue right? Also wanted to showcase better how we're going to be utilizing color moving forward.

Page 14 - Showing where she got the bikini

Page 15 - What was important her, was we wanted to show, rather than tell, that all Regina was looking for was a place to catch her breath and breath. But as we see on page 16, that doesn't happen as her new 'friends' tell her to shush.

Page 17 - The full color page is a nightmare sequence. There are inconsistencies baked into this sequence as most dreams aren't actually reflective of what real-life is. Important here, was initially Regina calls Lcpl Simpson by rank and named, but once she get his, immediately calls her by her first name. And if you guys have seen the NSFW stuff you know what the implied relationship is there.

Page 18 - Showing that Regina doesn't really sleep. Also its hard to tell where the nightmare ends and the other survivors getting killed begin. But Regina's narcolepsy will be showcased more moving forward.

Page 19 - Panel 3 we see Leigh as a special infected Zombie. We'll see more of this type in the Justin Beiber Arc, but we wanted to show them early so that they weren't just a 'new enemy'

Page 20 - As Black Bob Ross dies, so does the color vanish from his scheme. Spoiler: The more important a character becomes the more color they get. Anyway I'm not going to give EVERYTHING away I want there to be some surprises.

Anyway I'd like to hear feedback or questions from you guys while there's still some down time (not really waiting on this fucking printer to start shipping shit!) before we start working on issue 3.
