I did not manage to make progress on the next MMO chapter this week.

Animation Update | アニメの進捗:

I managed to finish colouring ALL scenes in the next animation!

次のアニメーションのすべてのシーンの色塗りを終えることができた！

All that’s left is to add backgrounds, some details such as hair highlights and some shadows, then it’s straight to putting it all together in the video editing software!

Just a bit longer everyone!

あとは、背景を追加し、髪のハイライトやシャドウなどのディテールを加えれば、あとはビデオ編集ソフトでまとめるだけだ！

Warm Ups + Studies | ウォームアップとスタディ:

I wanted to practice shading this week as I felt my understanding of light and shadows had gotten sloppy, as you can tell from the first practice.

最初の練習でお分かりのように、光と影の理解がずさんになっていると感じたので、今週はシェーディングの練習をしたかった。

This next animation is finally reaching the end of it’s production! Unfortunately it has taken roughly 4 months to do so, and for that I apologise!

As mentioned in the previous weekly update, moving forward, I think I’ll make less intense and lengthy animations for a while. While the ideas may seem like fun, the production time takes way too long and forces me to put aside other projects due to my inability to prioritise efficiently. Note that what I’m referring to is fully animated projects like this one, I still plan to try out animatic based videos such as the narrated A.I videos and others that don’t require frame by frame animations.

I still have to work on that merch store next, and also (just a little secret between us) prepare for the Lu plush coming out soon!

Stay tuned for news on those two in the coming weeks!

この次のアニメーションは、ようやく制作の終盤に差し掛かりました！残念ながら約4カ月もかかってしまい、申し訳ありませんでした！

前回の週刊更新にも書きましたが、今後しばらくは、あまり激しく長くないアニメーションを作ろうと思います。アイデアは面白そうなのだが、制作に時間がかかりすぎて、優先順位を効率的につけられないために、他のプロジェクトを脇に置かざるを得ないのだ。なお、私が言っているのは、今回のようなフルアニメーションのプロジェクトのことで、ナレーション入りのA.Iビデオなど、コマ割りアニメーションを必要としないアニマティックベースのビデオもまだ試してみるつもりだ。

次はマーチャンダイズストアの制作と、（ここだけの秘密ですが）もうすぐ発売されるルーのぬいぐるみの準備をしなければなりません！
