Hey everybody!

Weekly update time!

I have some bad news regarding progress this week! Basically upon creating the drafts for the next animation, there’s A LOT of work that needs to be done which I’ve been trying to schedule appropriately with great difficulty. I will explain more below!

In summary:

– No progress for the next MMO chapter!

– Next animation is in production!

– Did not practice gesture drawings!

今週の進捗に関して悪い知らせがある！基本的に、次のアニメーションの草稿を作るにあたって、やらなければならないことがたくさんある。詳しくは後述する！

I explain more later in the post, but no progress for the MMO chapter was done this week unfortunately.

Animation Update | アニメの進捗:

I think I may have made a big mistake with my ambitions for this animation!

Simply put, there are about 30 different cuts for the next animation, which is A LOT for an animation I’m trying to get done within the month, haha!

(A cut is basically a change in the camera angle or scene. A group of cuts make a scene, a group of scenes make a film.)

このアニメに対する私の野望は、大きな間違いを犯したかもしれない！

簡単に言うと、次のアニメには約30種類のカットがあり、1ヶ月以内に完成させようとしているアニメにしては多いんだ！

(カットとは、基本的にカメラアングルやシーンの変更のこと。カットの集まりがシーンを作り、シーンの集まりが映画を作る)

As usual I’m careful with what I show you here so that the story isn’t spoiled for you.

いつものように、ストーリーのネタバレにならないよう、ここでお見せする内容には注意している。

However, here’s a screenshot to give you an idea of the cuts I currently have done this week: | しかし、ここに今週のカットのイメージを伝えるスクリーンショットがある：

As you can see, there’s plenty to be animated, and more still to come. I think I may have been too ambitious with this animation.

I’ve reviewed the animation a few times over to reduce the number of cuts as much as I can, but the pacing gets choppy if I cut any more.

I’m really gonna have to work myself to the bone these next couple of weeks if I want to finish this by January!

After this, the next 2 animations I have in mind are;

– an announcement I’d like to make regarding the YouTube partner program

– the next A.I narrated video!

ご覧の通り、アニメ化するものはたくさんあるし、まだまだある。このアニメーションは野心的すぎたかもしれない。

できる限りカット数を減らすために何度か見直したが、これ以上カットするとテンポが悪くなってしまう。

月までに完成させるためには、この2、3週間は本当に身を粉にして働かなければならない！

この後、次に考えているアニメは2つ；

- YouTubeのパートナープログラムについて発表したい。

- 次のA.Iナレーションビデオ！

I’m really sorry for the lack of progress on the MMO project and the lack of gestures this week!

When I more or less finalised the drafts for the animation earlier this week, I realised that I definitely would not be able to finish this by the end of this month at my current pace. That worry got to me, so I ended up spending more days working on it this week!

It didn’t help that my motorcycle license test is REALLY soon, so I’ve been going to revision lessons (which are far and lengthy) very often these past couple of weeks to prepare. Discipline is gonna enter overdrive these next few weeks. I’ll try to juggle these projects, alongside personal commitments, as efficiently as I can! Wish me luck!

I still gotta work on that new merch store too. Dear god.

What a way to start the new year, am I right?

今週はMMOプロジェクトの進展がなく、ジェスチャーもなくて本当に申し訳ない！

今週はじめにアニメーションの原稿をほぼ固めたとき、今のペースでは今月末までに完成させるのは絶対に無理だと悟った。その心配が頭をよぎり、結局今週はもっと多くの日数を費やしてしまった！

二輪免許の試験が本当にもうすぐなので、ここ数週間は復習のために頻繁に教習所に通っている。この数週間は、規律を守るのが大変だ。個人的な仕事と並行して、これらのプロジェクトをできるだけ効率的にこなせるよう努力するよ！幸運を祈って！

新しいグッズショップの仕事もまだ残っているんだ。神様。
