MMO Series Update | MMOシリーズの進歩:

I’d like to make a confession for the MMO series; I have yet to begin the shading process at all due to working on projects that I have been keeping secret and cannot speak further about, due to legal contracts or NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements).

It’s been eating away at me ever since I first mentioned that I’ve begun shading. At first I thought I would be able to balance working on the MMO series and these secret projects, however, as the weeks went by and nothing was done repeatedly, I kept convincing myself that as soon as these secret projects were done, I could speed-run the MMO series because it was just shading.

The feeling of lying to everyone has me in a mental state of self-loathing all this time because of how hypocritical I have been to my principles of trying to be as honest as I can. Hence, I thought it’d be best to save as much dignity as I’m still able to by telling the truth now. I’ll explain more below.

MMOシリーズのために告白したい。私は、法的な契約やNDA（秘密保持契約）のために秘密にしていて、これ以上話すことができないプロジェクトに取り組んでいるため、まだシェーディングのプロセスをまったく始めていない。

シェーディングを始めたと最初に言って以来、ずっと私を蝕んでいた。最初は、MMOシリーズの仕事とこれらの秘密プロジェクトの仕事を両立できると思っていた。しかし、何週間経っても何もできないことが繰り返されるうちに、これらの秘密プロジェクトが終われば、シェーディングだけだからMMOシリーズをスピードアップできると自分に言い聞かせ続けた。

みんなに嘘をついているような気がして、私は今までずっと自己嫌悪に陥っていた。だから、今、本当のことを話すことで、まだできる限りの尊厳を守るのが最善だと考えた。以下に詳しく説明しよう。

Thank you for your patience these couple of weeks!

Once again, I’d like to apologise for the inconsistent and irregular progress that’s been made these past few weeks! I’ll be honest, recently I haven’t been in a good place mentally as well. As mentioned earlier, the fact that I’ve been lying to you about the MMO series has eaten me morally and mentally. I had thought myself as capable of balancing the work already on my hands alongside these extra projects, and honestly, I think I would have if I had managed my time more responsibly. The unfortunate fact however, is that I did not, and here we are.

I can’t speak into detail yet about these secret projects that I’ve been working on, but know that they have required my attention and priority due to meeting deadlines and contractual agreements, hence the silence and irregularity of RandoWis content in the public and supporter space. I want to thank you all in public so badly because you’ve allowed RandoWis to be seen as an entity worth collaborating with due to your support, but I can’t yet, because of the same contractual agreements. It’s been hell having to keep this secret AND pretend like it hasn’t affected my own work, but I believe I can at least tell you that much.

Know that I can finally return to a regular working schedule of just RandoWis again, but the MMO series and animations hasn’t been touched until recently. I’m sorry.

Not feeling angry or sad, just disappointed and regretful.

Another thing that’s been on my mind is that I’m considering leaving the shirt store due to recent changes on their website (represent.com), so I’ve been looking around for alternatives, which has also taken up some time. I’ll keep you updated on this as I move forward, but for now, hopefully it’s still works for you.

Also, just in case, I’d like to ask everyone here to please treat whatever I have just mentioned above as supporter-only information! I thank you for your understanding!

ここ数週間、お待たせしました！

ここ数週間、一貫性のない、不規則な進捗状況だったことを改めてお詫びしたい！正直なところ、最近は精神的にも良い状態ではなかった。前述したように、MMOシリーズについてウソをついてきたことが、モラル的にも精神的にも蝕んでしまった。正直なところ、もっと責任を持って時間を管理していれば、両立できたと思う。しかし残念なことに、私はそうしなかった。

私が取り組んできたこれらの秘密のプロジェクトについて、まだ詳しく話すことはできませんが、締め切りと契約上の合意のために、私の注意と優先順位が必要であったことは知っています。皆さんのサポートによって、RandoWisが協力する価値のある存在として見られるようになったので、公の場で皆さんにとてもお礼を言いたいのですが、同じ契約上の合意のため、まだできません。このことを秘密にし、自分の仕事に影響がないかのように装わなければならないのは地獄でしたが、少なくともそれだけはお伝えできると信じています。

ようやくRandoWisだけのレギュラー・スケジュールに戻れたと思いきや、MMOシリーズとアニメには最近まで手をつけていなかった。申し訳ない。

怒りや悲しみではなく、ただ残念で悔しい。

もうひとつ気になっているのは、最近のウェブサイト（represent.com）の変更により、シャツ店からの撤退を考えているので、代わりのものを探しまわっていて、これにも時間を取られている。この件に関しては、随時更新していくつもりだが、今のところ、まだ使えることを祈っている。
