2025 - Look Ahead!

Happy New Year!

I hope you all had an enjoyable holiday season with friends and family - hopefully unlike me, you were able to fit some D&D into the chaotic/joyful holiday schedule.

I've got a lot planned for the year ahead, and thought it'd be fun to share! In no particular order, here are some of the projects I have planned for laserllama 2025:

Alternate Martial Class Update
Its hard to believe, but it has been over a year since I've touched my "Alternate Martial Classes": Alt Fighter, Alt Barbarian, Alt Rogue, Warlord, Brawler, and Wanderer. Early this year, I plan to do a small update for each of these classes, mainly to incorporate all the feedback that I've gathered over the past year - no major changes planned though!

Warlord: Expanded
The long anticipated expansion for the Warlord will be released after the Alternate Martial Class update - think of it as a grand finale! If you hang out on my Discord (which you should) you know that I intended to release this last year, but accidentally overwrote about half of the Compendium when I was working on Magus: Expanded... oops!

Shifter Class - Full Release!
After the latest update, I am confident that my Shifter Class and Compendium of Beasts are ready for public release! Expect a full-blow release for the class some time in early 2025. Until then, Patrons of every tier can check out the Beta version of the Shifter Class Here.

Archmage Commissions
By the end of January, my catalogue of Archmage Commissions will reach over 200 (!!!) entries, with the large majority being subclasses. There has never been a better time to rise up and join the ranks of the illustrious Archmages!

Alternate Cleric & Druid
Here's the big one! I anticipate that these final two Alternate Classes will be released in the coming year! Not sure which I will do first (maybe put it up to a poll). On average, an Alternate Class takes ~3 months of behind-the-scenes design work before full release. No promises, but I hope to have both out by the end of Summer 2025! 

As always, Patrons will have access to all play test versions of the Alternate Cleric and the Alternate Druid, and be able to offer feedback as they take shape over the coming months!

Other Projects?
This list here is certainly not exhaustive! There are a lot of other brews that I've put out that will certainly see updates in the coming year - Alt Bard, Alt Paladin, and Alt Wizard. I also know that a lot of you out there are hoping for an eventual Alternate Warlock: Expanded, and a Vessel: Expanded. Who knows, maybe even the Commoner will see an update in 2025!
