Alternate Rogue v2.1.1 (Small Update)

As I continue to update/streamline my Alternate Martial/Exploit classes these updates are getting smaller and smaller - today I've got a small one for the Alternate Rogue Class & Expanded. v2.1.1.

- Avenger // Anointed Magic // Divine Favor adjusted to mirror Warlock scaling.
- Avenger // Channel Divinity: Vow of Enmity // Moved back to 7th level.
