A very belated update

Dear patrons, it has been far too long, so let me first say that I am so sorry for my unexplained absence for the past several months. My day job's contract continues to get extended, so between working full time and an illness in the family (that is thankfully now resolved), I let things get away from me. But I should have updated you all a while ago, so I do apologize for the lack of transparency and communication.

I'm very fortunate to be employed, but also happy to say that I'm reducing my schedule down to four days a week starting in September and I tentatively hope to start making music again. It might be a slow road to find the energy, but the plan is to carve out the time.

I was hoping to switch the Patreon over to a per creation model rather than subscription, just to take some pressure off myself, but I just learned that the platform is doing away with that option. Drat! But I will post another update if/when I unpause so that you have ample warning. If anyone feels that they are owed a refund please let me know. I didn't realize that some folks had purchased a yearly subscription, and that pausing left a couple of you in the lurch.

Thank you to those who checked in, and for your patience. I miss singing and making music, and sharing this creative space with you all. Hoping to return soon! In the meantime, please have an excellent rest of your Summer.

A very belated update

I have no problem to continue with my subscription. You have left us a wonderful library to refer to so that I can continue to be entertained while life continues to interfere with your plans. Please never remove your library from access.

We donate out of appreciation for what you have already published, and as an encouragement to continue. If anything, we should donate more so that you can afford to be less employed. Best of luck!

The explanation is very much appreciated. That you've just been busy with work is very much reasonable. Hopefully you've had a number of fun ideas you can work on with your reduced work schedule.
