Go to his pinned post about paypal/crypto payments for info about sending money. At 9pm EST, his sale will drop in the same way you're seeing the post we're under. In the sale post, at the top, he will tell you if you need to comment directly on the post (for limited supply sales) or to just send money with message. A little farther down, you'll see a list of different prices for quantities (e.g. 2 x Nikki - $130.00). If you want to buy, go into paypal and send him the amount with a message, stating which option you want. I just copy/paste right from the page the price/quantity into paypal so there's no confusion. In a couple days, you get an email telling you it shipped.
