A playmat for $100 or less =$490. And then a $200 promo card? To come in “slightly lower than the previous kit” which was $699.99? Huh….

2024-09-25 01:02:25 +0000 UTCI picked up the previous Amazon Warrior promo on Ebay for $86 plus tax and shipping came to $100. I got the Zeiros playmat for $32. So I think this will cost about $80 more than what you can pick it up for on eBay at the lowest prices. The problem was Rudy sold 2,000 - that's just way too much supply to keep the price higher than that unless the player/collector base explodes in numbers. It's an investment though and I think it's a good one because the quality of this game and art is so amazing.

That and 4 copies of Spellslinger Avatar that let you start with an additional spell card at the start of the game. The draft kits will only be sold to game stores, but they will eventually offer foil versions redeemed with dust.

2024-09-24 01:01:36 +0000 UTC"Summer Beta" initially went to Asia, but a ton of US sellers bought it up and sold here at mark-up (that $200-$250 range we were seeing at the end of spring). US was supposed to get its second wave just before AL released, which is the new influx we're seeing now. I think Europe has yet to receive their 2nd wave, but that's likely due to the difficulties involved with getting it distributed in Europe.

I'm not to familiar with TCGplayer to know if this is due to an influx of supply before AL or if this is something else.
