This is a very unique sale that is structured based on the TIME you have been a patron.
I paused this reward system during the insane era of 2021-2023 due to extreme boom/bust price movements.
Anyone still here AFTER the crash of everything from 2022-2023 is truely a fan of CCG's.

This was a very very exciting time in magic and the market and world was counting the days until this set released. AFTER release the over printing and high price point of $250-$300 did NOT hold....and the market crashed as the bear market of magic went into full effect.
It is now 2024 and the market has increased a lot and demand for these older products have recovered.
The sale is structured so even new 2024 era patrons can get a discount to market pricing. While longer term patrons get huge price discounts from today's market.

I vividly remember being in a CVS partway through December 2020 (For these types of sales, my year is 2021, which makes sense), randomly checking the Rudy patreon bc why not. Saw there was actually an open slot after months of checking, internally flipped out, insta joined and immediately bought a case of Commander Legends since it was offered that month. Mmm OG Commander Legends. That set is so so good. :) I have failed at taking the emotion out of being bitter about "Commander Legends" 2 and will pass on the product 🙃 but am still really glad sales like this exist.

The first D&D set failed and since they had a second already planned, they used obfuscation to sell this at an inflated price. Really underhanded and shameful shit.
