Once you click on the Speech Bubble, click on the Mail icon at the upper right corner. Click the + icon to start a message and choose Rudy The Magic Guy. This is for iPhone. I don’t know if it is different for other devices. As others had stated, only message once. If you send multiple messages, the system kicks you to the end of the queue making you last on his list.

The boxes alone are 250 a piece, and depending on the grading of the promo card, that can be up to like $600+ (the sales prices on ebay are all over the place - a quad 9.5 sold for like $6k lmao).
