Needed a home for my crazy old medium.
The hair is called PrincessOfBedhair and is not hat compatible. The hair, skin and preset are all disabled for random and basegame, enabled for feminine frame/females only and the preset works only for humans, you'll have to create your sim (has to be an old woman or adult woman) and then make her a witch.
The preset is a bit glitchy as are all preset when you select them, you'll have to fiddle around a little bit to make it look good but hey it's meant to be ugly. I placed a thumbnail for the preset but for some reason it doesn't show in game (I open to ideas on how to fix that)
The skin is just a mix of old wrinkles, cursed face and vampire veins all over the body. Found in acne (skin details).
Oh and here's another thing I forgot in my last post:
Base game, disabled for random, enabled for feminine frames/females only and found in hats. Made for my LovelyHair but I forgot to upload it XD. Can fit with other hair but not all for sure.
