All base game, all disabled for random and properly tagged as usual.
Let's start with the boots (called HHB):
V1 is the high version and V2 is the shortest one. They come in 30 swatches each (my usual black/grey/white and many vibrant colors and 5 suede like swatches). They might not fit with all sizes (calf wise) but I could not fix that (literally spent days on them D:) and the texture of the high boots might conflict with some clothes that use the same texture space.
Next are the dresses:

Details now; the long dress (V1) has a bit of clipping when the sim walks but other than that it seemed fine to me. You can use the accessory belt (found in gloves) to overlay the belt on the dresses, jumpsuits and the top or as itself as shown in the very last picture (I used it on the dresses and jumpsuits in the pics).
If you use it as an overlay there may be some light clipping but not that much.
Again they are all disabled for random, enabled for females/feminine frames only and tagged properly.
Might not be perfect but it's free ;)
