🔍 A little detail you might spot: Throughout the second conversation, Alina has an unread message in her chat (yes, it’s Jake). I originally planned to include a conversation between them at the end, but in the end, I felt this conclusion worked better. That chat will be part of the next chapter instead.
⚠️ Quick note on the videos: This time, they’re all in H.264 format since one of you had trouble playing the H.265 files. Fingers crossed this works smoothly for everyone now😊

I completely understand... and honestly, the ending I wrote isn’t necessarily the one I would have wanted either. But I do think it’s the one most readers were hoping for (or at least expecting). To be fair, reading my stories will probably make you hate all my characters so much😂 The bad ones always win, unfortunately. I did go a little softer in this story... but deep down, I just can't seem to let the truly good ones win😅

I hate the fact that the dad and the girlfriend are getting away with this. I get that Jake is a pussy for not standing up to his mom, letting her run all over his relationship, but the fact that the dad would do this to his son’s girlfriend and probably get away with it just pisses me off so much. As I said it is probably an unpopular opinion and again the writing is fantastic.
