If the limit is next to the item it is just for that item. So you can buy up to one of each case. For draft boxes you can place up to one order per month for up to 6 boxes total.

just wanted to make a note that my 1 new phyrexia collector box was wrapped in an extra layer of cardboard for protection. This is not common as I have ordered boxes from many different sellers. Just wanted to point that out and thank rudy for his extra care in assuring orders arrive exactly how they left the rudy vault.

Well yes on the Everfest, only 1st has been released, unlimited is talked about but not released. The Uprising is no longer 1st/Unlimited, it's just Uprising since FaB 2.0 did away with the difference. All sets from Uprising on will have 1 product released in waves as necessary

Just look at the post when he makes it (he just did.) This one does not require that you comment (see below.) Some will. For this one, you send the money in the amount for the box option that you want. It is easy to do. Just make sure your Paypal and Patreon information (especially the e-mails) match up. If they don't match, make sure, add a note referencing your Patreon info so he can verify you.

Looks like its sealed with the iron and then shrinkwrapped. But he could in theory reuse the shrinkwrap from a booster box (bigger so shrinks down to fit) on a collector box to make it look legit.
