Alternate Monk - 1.0.0 Update!

Hey all, just finished a pretty major revision to the Alternate Monk! I've made some pretty significant changes that I'll post in detail below, but the main two were:

Improving Combat Effectiveness: I opened up the Martial Arts feature so it works with light and medium armor, and most of the features now apply to Marital Arts weapons as well. With "Ki-Infused Weapon" coming out as an optional feature in TCoE, Wizards have said it's okay to use any non-heavy weapons with a monk. I also changed their Technique save DC to work off Dexterity (like every other class...).

Improving Survivability: I gave the Alternate Monk the ability to add their WIS mod to all saving throws at 7th level. Similar to the Paladin's Auras, but this one is just for you!

Additional Techniques: I've added a bunch. I hope you like them!

CHANGE LOG:

• Martial Arts // You can wear light/medium armor and still use Martial Arts.
• Ki // Mystic Techniques are now just “techniques”. Their save DC is now based on your Dexterity.
• Enlightened Fist // Moved to 6th level, now includes all Marital Arts attacks.
• Spirit of Tranquility // Moved up to 7th level to makes monks better at saving throws.
• Stillness of Mind // Can end a charm/fear if you start your turn under that condition.
• Evasion // Moved back to 14th level.
• Timeless Body // For every 10 years you only age 1 year (like Druids).
• Open Hand // Flurry of Fists // You can make an additional unarmed strike as part of your Attack action when only using unarmed strikes.
• Shadow Arts // Eyes of Night // Added advantage on Stealth checks while in shadows.
• Shadow Arts // Shadow Arts // You can cast each spell once per day for free.
• Shadow Arts // Grand Master of Shadows // You can cast each spell once per day for free. Your Shadow Arts spells are now free to cast an unlimited number of times.
• Wu Jen // Completely reworked into a 1/4 caster (think Eldritch Knight or Arcane Trickster). Since the Monk is so focused on short rests, I gave them 1/4 Warlock casting.
• Techniques // New Techniques // Gentling Touch, Unyielding Perseverance, Indomitable Spirit, Mantle of Courtesy, Mystic Fortitude, Aura Sight, and Enlightened Integrity.
• Techniques // Patient Defense and Step of the Wind don’t cost ki.
• Techniques // Arresting Strike, Crippling Strike, and Empowered Strike can be used for free once per turn starting at 11th level.
