Rudy is a one person operation, so it may vary, but usually you get a tracking email in days vs. weeks for your order. Your Paypal name and email need to match your Patreon account or it can be complicated. Give it at least a week, then if you don't see something (check your junk email folder too), send Rudy a Private Message via Patreon (it takes him time to get through all of these as well, so patience. Rudy is extremely reliable at delivering product).
