In same situation. Sent payment on 9/18 and today is 10/14 and still haven’t received a shipping notification on my Zen Collectors boxes. I wouldn’t worry tho, Rudy never fails us

2020-09-25 13:53:53 +0000 UTCSign up for Informed Delivery with the USPS online (it’s free!). If Rudy printed your pre-paid shipping label for Zen CB boxes, it will show up there. I can see my package waiting to be shipped even though I did not receive an email with tracking info.

Happy to help Rudy set up a commerce site for patreon members as this system is not working efficiently in my humble opinion

I acknowledge that I’m newer member, but I wish to emphasize that at no point in time have I felt insecure about my purchases from you other than my initial 1st taco order. Silly me. I guess it’s just because I trust in the service you provide and I am content that you will take care of myself and our membership accordingly. Hope this long winded message finds you well. Id recommend trying informed delivery on USPS's website like others also said and it can show if a package is going to your address for me it shows nothing thou.
