Super bummed about Core 20. I didn’t see a heads up email about it and emailed Rudy to see if it was available, still. Didn’t get a reply for about a week, and then this dropped. Bummer.

Hey Rudy! Just read you took War of the Spark off the Patron list on 8/19 but on an 8/20 YouTube video you said it is available by the case, so is that still true?

They are people who I will never do any type of business with again. I can understand getting in over your head, but shifting blame and flat out lying to your customers made me lose any trust with that vendor. The guy burned me on 4 Ikoria collector boxes. First they got lost in the mail (even though all the tracking ever showed was just a label being created), then his vendor had two pallets that they were having trouble getting to him over and over again to replace my “lost” boosters , then riots caused them to get lost in the mail again. Then I had to open a claim against him to get him to even respond to me and get a refund. Figured he would have learned his lesson with all the people he burned with Ikoria, but guess not.

Still feel Japanese WAR will outpace English long-term simply cause of Amano's foil Lily is currently $1200+ on JP buylists, it's hard to pull, and JP Narset is now the most expensive uncommon foil in the modern era.

War of the spark and core 2020 seem like safe bets as there were no collector boxes, going forward with setboxes and collector boxes draft boxes are kinda chaff boxes.

Best to Private Message Rudy if you are looking to buy something not on his monthly list. He may not see a request here.

I really believe that regular booster boxes from Ikoria and Throne will be long term money makers steady 5-7%. Theros I believe is going to be sub $100 for a few years and then it's going to go up to $150 over night and then to $200 and stay there for a long while. I think there are still deals to be had stay the course.

Not today nor any time soon. Most likely not for a long time and not for the $530 price. I guess if he finds a pallet or ten he would have a flash sale but I doubt that will happen. Best bet is to listen to him on future deals. Core 2021 Collectors is selling between $185 and $220 on eBay today. His brand new video says in my own words that his is going to be HOT. All else just ask him what his opinion is for the next thing.

I hope everyone has their positions on these products. Both are good. Glad I have 40 and 20 of each War/2020 respectively. I think this out of print is going to catch a lot of people off guard. Even though it was printed heavily, crazy 2020 will play a role in the supply of this product. Have to listen to Rudy when he hints at these things. Hint, hint, get your positions of Modern Horizons if you have not already.
