Anyone seing the Double Masters openings in YT atm getting 600+ vale each box..this is going to be crazy. I say at least 550+ usd per box at the end of the month

One clarification: You will often get a tracking number well in advance of shipping, a few days after payment has been sent. I received my VIP Boxes purchase tracking number yesterday, for example.

Anything time stamped prior to his sold out email should be good. You will get an email from Creepy Rudy Magic Dude when you order gets a tracking number (is shipped). Note that this does not release until August 7th, and there is some possibility of a delay due to WoTC getting product, as was stated in the first email announcing the sale.

Hey Patreon, How does it usually work once you send payment for some boxes? I got my PayPal notification time stamped 1 minute before his sold out email, so I’m hoping I got ordered in time.

Cataclysm was a good option. Just got 2. They interface with tcg player for payment. Payed 550. Free shipping, no tax. But the tax part might be because I'm in Puerto Rico.

Rudy makes announcements when these sales are going to take place and what time. I believe he put this out twice and updated it when he needed to switch the dates of the VIP boxes with the regular box sales. My advice is set a calendar reminder and phone reminder. That is what I do and have everything ready to go when the sale goes live. Every once in a while he has some ancillary products like Force of Will where he doesn't announce it but for these MTG products he generally gives you notice.

Although I would've bought more, limiting it to two definitely seemed like the right decision here. Twenty minutes even with that limit. I definitely could see this having been an ikoria repeat scenario if the box limit was 4, 6, or 8. Overall seemed fairly smooth. Demand is certainly high.

I actually bought the VIP double masters on my phone, while my newborn was laying on me screaming and eating and my 2.5 year old was running through the house terrorizing my pets, and my dinner was on the stove getting cold. I was almost like, well F it, the gods clearly didn't want me to order this as I can't get on the PC. But wait a tic... I got a cell phone here... eh? I have paypal on it eh? Fingerprint log in? Copy rudys email and paste into paypal app... send the cash? Win? HELL YES WIN! All will calmly sitting in the middle of my house while my children pets wreak utter chaos.... I STILL got to support the card board gustapo.

He might release that info. Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't. I think he rarely discloses his own position on sealed products, but sometimes does disclose the quantity of product he got for sale. He did for Ikoria collectors anyways. I suspect he didnt get much double masters at all. Makes me think the print run of double masters is smaller than I was expecting it to be. I might not crack either box unfortunately. I was considering opening one. I for sure won't crack the VIP boxes, unless the EV goes nuts. But either demand was a lot lower for that product, or Rudy had a lot more of it, or some combination of both.

If you have an amazon prime credit card, you can get 5% cash back on amazon and they have a really nice listing on there for $299.99 (for me, in PA means I'd pay 6% tax with free prime shipping, but when factoring in the 5% prime cash back it would only cost me $3 more for a box. This cheap? The cheapest box on ebay right now is $288.88 which is $306 after 6% sales tax and free shipping. Most are $315 all the way up to $400. $315 is $334 a box after sales tax. Between this sale and the VIP sale, I already "recouped" my patreon costs since about May (whenever he closed that down). I'll probably start picking up at least 2 standard booster boxes each month. Just to "make good" on the patreon $15 a month. Gives me access to some cool stuff and helps support Rudy. I'm looking forward to the next pre release variety sale. I think that'll be cool.
