Are P.O. Box an issue also my paypal has different address than current and won’t change so I put in message my current new adress etc but it has a P.O. Box is that an automatic no go if so I can message again and take the P.O. Box off everything I get to this adress is accepted at a reception for address

Be careful some shops are cancelling those cheap preorders and relisting them at thw higher prices.

Glad i bought 10 sets at 107 when i had the chance the pricing this year is pretty nuts.

Assume you did if you sent the proper amount with the proper note. Rudy will contact you if there is an error and will refund you. In the instances where he has oversold he's either bought more product to cover or again does a refund. He may even send you email if you got yours about the shipping label being created in a few days, but obviously not shipped yet. Answer your question?
