Prototype Debug Build Released!

Main new features :
- Weak ice/ice scanner
- Radio/custom music player upgrade
- Radiotrician character/dialogue system
- Fragile/handle with care deliveries
- Ultra Dynamic sky/weather
Console commands :
Press ~ to open console, then type in a command :
ce Fly - toggles fly mode (while in fly mode hold CTRL to go even faster)
ce upgradeall - upgrades your tank to max
ce addUpgrade (upgrade ID) - adds a specific upgrade.
ce SetMoney (number) - sets how much money you have
ce SkipTutorials - skips intro tutorials
ce TPToSettlement (settlement number) - teleports you to a settlement
Settlement numbers :
1 : junk
2 : city
3 : gear
4 : oil
6 : radiotrician)
Also, you will see save file 5 is already filled when you load the game. This is for if you want to skip to the new content, starting from where you get your first mission to the radiotrician.
