Bloodclaw lost her patience and dropped the bomb right away. The Saurian God and his vessel were both dead, slain by my son. Martian Man was revived, albeit amnesiac, and was now safe on Earth, being protected by Galaxy Man. The entire fleet they had was utterly destroyed; I doubt any of them were even left after all the destruction.
And indeed, if it wasn’t for me, Bloodclaw would have remained dead… She said it all without even holding back a single word; she had indeed gone a bit crazy, but I suppose the arrogance of Redeye and the endless greed of the High Saurians was too much for her to bear, especially after their heavy losses.
TRUUUM!
Their Psychic Auras, which were very different from one another, clashed, generating ripples in space and constant shockwaves, sending the nearby people flying away and spreading cracks through the ruins as they trembled constantly.
RUMBLE!
“I am not joking, Redeye, we lost!” Bloodclaw, said angrily. “The people of Earth are formidable, and they have an immensely powerful goddess protecting them, someone benevolent enough to revive me and teach me to walk a new path…! And I won’t disappoint her! I will fight for my people. I am done working for all of you bastards who only care about profits and expansions. We have everything back home! Why do you desire even more?!”
“Y-You…! The Saurian God’s…! No, that’s impossible, Bloodclaw! What sort of nonsense are you talking about?! There’s no way our God would ever die!” Redeye said angrily. “L-Lord Djet-Ka, please don’t listen to her; she’s always been the most stupid and delusional of us all! A short-tailed utter failure, that’s what she is!”
“Hmm, if what she’s saying ends up being true, however… It wouldn’t be as beneficial for us to make negotiations with your kind anymore…” Djet-Ka said, glaring at Redeye. “I mean, the portal technology is precious. But once we master it ourselves… Your value will simply disappear.”
“A-Ah…! That’s…! No, we indeed have the incarnation of a god!” Redeye began to panic. “GGRRRHH, BLOODCLAW! BRING HIM HERE ALREADY!”
“I TOLD YOU! HE IS DEAD!” Bloodclaw said angrily as their Auras clashed.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Suddenly, their Psychic Auras transformed; Bloodclaw resembled countless swords made of crimson light, and Redeye's Psychic Aura resembled giant snakes made of poisonous green gases.
As they clashed, the ruins trembled even more; the Saurians, amazed and fearful of the supernatural powers of their rulers, stepped back in awe.
“H-He cannot be dead! Bloodclaw, stop joking around! Everything you’ve said is fucking ridiculous!” Redeye didn’t want to believe Bloodclaw.
“Look everywhere on the map, in the skies, in the stars; no fleet remains alive. We were obliterated by the forces from Earth; they have incredibly strong protectors, guardians that would do anything for their people… Unlike our own,” Bloodclaw muttered angrily. “Redeye… I’ve come back here not to do the same thing I’ve been doing for thirty years… I’ve come back to change things… She, the goddess that revived me, said she just wanted us all to get along! To reach a peaceful agreement, we don’t have to destroy one another for stupid things such as material goods! Don’t we have everything we could have asked for back home?!”
“Y-You talk utter nonsense…! The expansion…! We must continue with the expansion, stupid short-tailed bitch!” Roared Redeye, her Psychic Powers manifesting into larger snakes.
“{Thousand Emerald Vipers}!”
“SHYAAAAAH!”
Thousands of giant vipers rushed towards Bloodclaw as the former priestess of their God infused her Aura into her own claws, which were dyed red.
Oh, so that’s why she’s “Bloodclaw”, huh?
“{Crimson Blood Claws}!”
She rushed forward; her Psychic Aura was definitely more of the enhancement type, while Redeye was more of the long-range attack type.
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
With a rapid barrage of cutting and slashing attacks, Bloodclaw decimated Redeye’s Psychic Aura Manifestations, reaching her with her giant claws and…
BAAAM!
She kicked her in the face instead, putting her down and placing her talons over her face… I also learned in that moment that Redeye was a female.
“Uuggh! Unhand me!” Redeye groaned angrily.
“Redeye, our blood ties might not be close, but we still share the same ancestors; I consider you a sister!” Bloodclaw said angrily. “I will not… kill you. So please, listen to reason, calm down, and let’s speak… like the civilized people we are supposed to be!”
“HAH?! Y-YOU DARE…!” Redeye only grew more furious. “WITH YOUR DAMN TALONS ON MY FACE, YOU’RE TELLING ME TO ACT CIVILIZEDLY?!”
As she tried to resist, Bloodclaw’s Aura overpowered her own, constantly forcing her into the ground.
It seemed that Bloodclaw was stronger.
“H-How…?! Are you so strong now?! You couldn’t even beat me before!” Redeye groaned angrily.
“I’ve received the Divine Blessing of the new Goddess, Bing Xue!” Said Bloodclaw. “And—”
“It seems that I might have to step in; what a pain… But oh well, I have to protect my political allies after all~”
FLUOSH!
“Huh?!”
Bloodclaw’s eyes widened as a giant golden portal manifested in front of her, where a massive mechanical fist, glowing with red, black, and golden light, rushed towards her.
“Khnum, my dear, smash her face.”
BAAM! BAAM! BAAM! BAAM!
And within that split second, the fist rushed down, punching Bloodclaw with immense, explosive force. Each blow released a flood of azure-colored, water-like ethereal essence, constantly creating ripples that damaged Bloodclaw’s Psychic Aura.
“{Nile’s Flood}!”
With a confident smile, Djet-Ka laughed, spreading his hands forward as the hand of Khnum unleashed a flood of azure water-like ethereal energy, flooding almost the entire ruins in the process.
SPLAAASH!
“Uuggh! L-Lord Djet! Why?! Aghh!”
“Aaaggh! Uugh! Dammit!”
Both Redeye and Bloodclaw were sent flying away, landing far away within the large, expansive area.
It seems that things have become more serious… Bloodclaw is fine, though; her Psychic Aura protected her.
But without it, she would have died, certainly.
“Hmph, it seems she is indeed quite the weakling at the end… Hahaha!” Djet-Ka laughed. “if she cannot even compare to—”
“{Ra’s Solar Spear}!”
FLUOSH!
“Huh?!”
However, before he could continue speaking, a giant, blazing spear rushed towards him; Merneith jumped into action earlier than I expected.
BOOOM!
