Sunfish City 0.0.21 Cheat Menu

Been really grinding away as I've been thinking about adding this for at least 2 weeks now, and I've finally put the effort into actually making a thing. The main feature of this patch is the achievement and skill tree system. Not to be confused with quests which will come later. But until quests are added, it's still something to do! Also, there's a new character creation that also exists too.

Patch 0.0.21

- These patch notes don't really do the change's justice to be completely honest.

WARNING — OLD SAVES MIGHT NOT WORK

- The game now has an intro and a new character creation screen with more customization regarding your starting traits! You can artificially increase your starting difficulty here, but I don't recommend it.
- Set up a button for when I add Quests and Achievements (shortened to feats due to text constraints).
- Achievements have been added to the game.
- A skill tree has been added that you can use achievement points on.
- Added a new section to the cheat menu.

Changes
- Several traits have had their values adjusted.
- Removed Pronouns and Physique from the body menu. They both did nothing and I had no plans for them.
- You can no longer type your own starting name to incentivize you to either trade for a new one or pay for the one-time name change at the town hall.
- Updated base streaming content.
- Edited the side button layout.
- The casino now hides the story menu.
- I probably changed more than this, but I wasn't really paying too much attention to what I was changing and or fixing this patch due to the scope of it.

Fixes

- Fixed double pay for all jobs where you can receive bank money.
- Fixed the tf error from buying tomes.
- Fixed some traits from working not applying properly to the player.
- Fixed being able to get a new job while being a criminal.
