I mean… i can sort of relate to the feeling you’re talking about regarding families taking effort, though my perspective on the whole thing is very different for a variety of reasons. I do think though thats its really interesting that MHA is taking this route. Theres only one other anime character thats come kinda close regarding the sort of long term redemption arc after being a villain, but this is definitely a much more nuanced take that i can definitely see how people could appreciate. (And boy do I wish i could write like that lol)
