a bit of everything..... let's see.... Hancock, Conspiracy Theory, Enemy Of The State, Payback, The Final Countdown, 7 Pounds, The Expendables, The Bucket List, Rain Man, Enemy Mine, Always, Scarface, The River Wild, 48 Hours, 47 Ronin, Stripes, Big, The Money Pit, The Elephant Man, City Of Angels, Blown Away, That Thing You Do, 8MM, Man On Fire, Unstoppable, Untraceable.... but I'm sure I'm much older than your typical audience so you and your fans have probably never heard of most of these, if not all...

I'm loving that Last Samurai is coming up soon, but I hope you dont sleep on last place Kingdom of Heaven. Aside from being very entertaining and well-acted, it's such an amazing look at Faith vs Religion and what Morality means.

Ian T

Hey Addie, I have a movie request that I think you will totally love and appreciate seeing. Scott Pilgrim v The World. I little something different then the usual. Thanks

Gideon James

A hard choice between 'Hacksaw Ridge', 'TLS', and 'Kingdom of Heaven'.

Kyle Brandon Sanger

I've seen 4 of these. If the 5th gets chosen then I'll be watching it for the first time along with you!!

Billy Dancel

I've actually never watched Schindler's List either. Of course I know about it. I even own a copy of it. Just the proverbial "hadn't got around to it yet."

Joe Blankenship

Last Samurai was filmed in my home town. But Kingdom of Heaven gets my vote.

Andre Agog

Kingdom of Heaven is my favourite movie. Hidden gem. I'm happy with the others too but hope you'll get to it eventually.

Koala Banana

kingdom of heaven directors cut is best movie on this list.

zynjams

…that and Pearl Harbor (2001) with Ben Affleck, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Michael Bay.

Alex Tan

Well, this is a hard one because they are all great movies. My vote goes to Schindler's List (1993) but you should watch all of them this year :)

Steve Graham

Schindler's List is the "best" of the list. I can't think of many lists in which it wouldn't be the best, it is just something everyone should see. Braveheart has always been a favorite. I know it is full of historical inaccuracies, but that has not ever bothered me in the movies, as long a movie doesn't try to claim as much and is entertaining. There really isn't a bad choice on this list.

Manchester by the Sea! It was nominated for best picture and Casey Affleck won best actor for his role

Nathan Smith

*Early* career? 🤔

Byrd N. Hand

I vote to watch both kingdom of heaven and Braveheart

Zack

Kingdom of Heaven, Last Samurai, the Braveheart

The last Samarai is perhaps one of Tom Cruise best performances of his early career. Shindlers list is great watch for historical importance but bring a lot of tissue.

LightsCameraJake

Oy. The most overrated title on the list and then the one title that doesn't interest me at all. 🤦‍♂ Maybe she can save "Hacksaw Ridge" (the best war movie of the 21st century so far, IMO) for Memorial Day?

Byrd N. Hand

That's a good list...u should watch all of them (Kingdom of Heaven is my least fave on that list tho)

carbsix

This. This is the correct answer.

Tex

Let's make Schindler's List (1993) and The Last Samurai (2003) tie each other so that Addie reacts to both movies.

Alex Tan

Definitely the Director's Cut, since the theatrical version is fairly mediocre.

Byrd N. Hand

My suggestions on a poll! Let’s go!

Tex

I think they are all great movies, but Schindlers list is the best out of them. My favorite was Braveheart until I researched the events in history and found out that 99 percent of the movie is inaccurate. Kinda ruined it for me

Mark Dahlen

Happy Sunday, Addie! 😊 All fantastic choices for this poll. "Kingdom of Heaven" got my vote since it's the only one that I haven't seen but have heard about. Any one of these movies will be a great watch. Have a great day today! 😊

Randee Carreno

All excellent choices. We'd love if you watched them all. But if Kingdom of Heaven should win, I'd highly recommend the extended version.

Mathias

Happy Sunday, Addie. All are great choices but my votes go for Schindler's List (1993), Braveheart (1995), and The Last Samurai (2003). BTW, please have the Kleenex ready because some of them will make you cry.
