Family alchemist may have gotten a clue now after Ed's visit. Ed's transmutation was unsuccessful and so far Ed hasnt seen a successful transmutation. Guy is blind himself, he can have doubts now if his transmutation was successful.

Don't try and gaslight me into buying you ice-cream XD For what it's worth; yeah, you pretty much got it at the end, which is why I was hoping you'd see it before that set of episodes around the lab. This is the closest thing Al's ever seen to himself, and he has no clue if it's the same person, or if it's even human at all, and yet everybody around is just pretending like nothings wrong. It's no wonder at all that he'd start doubting if he was really what everyone said he was the moment someone put the idea into his head. Also; don't worry about not watching the second OVA right away. "Blind Alchemist" was really the main one to see because of how it relates to Ed and Als situation; "Simple People" is more of a palate cleanser in that it's a lighthearted/heartwarming story as opposed to... whatever you would call this one. (It's still both canon and a good episode: but I suppose it can wait a little longer~ I'll do the searching and send you link to watch it in the next week or two where it slots easier into the story. Now the only thing you need to remember for Saturday is to watch the opening credits before it switches π)
