Not really an unused/rejected strip. It's all basically the same as published! It's just.... as my buffer gets longer and longer, suddenly now I'm realizing I'm publishing year-old art. Art I drew a long long time ago that SUCKS NOW.
And so sometimes the day before publishing, I'll just redraw a Dorothy here and there, you know, to stave off the demons:
Also, a thing that I notice when I flip through comics in my hard drive's directory, is that, you know, sometimes the sizes of characters on the bed might shift a bit too much, strip to strip, so also I kind of embiggened Joyce and Dorothy a tiny bit to keep their sizes consistent. This also makes the bed a little more cramped, which, you know, is kind of a narrative plus here.
I don't tend to save the early versions of simple art massaging, but I did in this case, so I decided to share.
