The animation didnt bother me either because unlike the Pain fight the characters weren't goofy, just the background got sacrificed, their movement was really fluid. The overall animation of the characters and powers was well done

2024-05-11 08:34:54 +0000 UTCI agree that black clover have animation on the lower side most of the time but the movie you'll watch after episode 170 is 10/10 animation quality. Also there are rumors that when the anime returns it will be seasonal ( same with Boruto so that there won't be anime filler episodes ) and have a lot better quality. Right now the studio is busy with bleach and other projects but I hope black clover will return with a bang in 2025, by then the manga may be over.

2024-05-11 00:18:21 +0000 UTCI think you overestimate Asta's power. For example, earlier the wizard king binded him in his time magic while he had his sword out. Magic can work on him if he can't actually block it for any reason. Idk who's stronger rn but I think Yuno is faster than Asta and he can use multiple attacks from different directions which Asta will struggle to block. So both of them have a real chance of beating the other.

The wizard king told him - he did not like the fact that he inpersonated another magic knight for the exams, however since he is a magic knight himself, he would let him off. Meaning Zora is already a member of one of the magic knights, just not the purple ocras. The wizard king just encouraged him to join the royal knights if he passes the exams, and to represent his own squard.
