Yeah I see. I used to think it was about mystery vs understanding. If Lucky had watched Hidden Inventory first, movie later, he would know Geto more personally and feel for him. He would have already known what his ability is, his proficiency with close combat, who those two girls are in the movie, Gojo having to kill Geto would be felt more. But... When I rewatched the movie, Geto's personality felt so so much different than his past, I didn't want Lucky to watch Hidden Inventory first. Cuz Geto was a different person in movie, pretty unrecognisable.

2024-01-17 22:37:01 +0000 UTCIt kills suspense that the show has to offer. Us questioning why Geto is doing what he’s doing and coming up with theories is what makes the show interesting. Same thing about Gojo’s powers. Imagine we watched the five episodes before the movie, we’d already know what’s going on about almost everything, so the only thing we need to do is open our eyes and close our minds. I like it better if when we watch the show we think for once, because when things get explained later on it becomes like a plot twist or even a plot fracture. Imagine we actually watched JJK in chronological order, being Season 2 first five episodes, then Movie 0, then Season 1, then Season 2 episode 6 onward. A lot of things to talk about how this wouldn’t be best.

Gosso's vision is special, and having him take over as the series director was a great decision. Hopefully, we get to see him back for Season 3 under way better circumstances.

Best thing he could have done is becoming like Nanami and quitting exorcism as he didn't see value of non sorcerers anymore after seeing their ugliness. Instead of eliminating billions of people to leave only thousands alive. That's a dumb thing to even attempt cuz sorcerers are doing the exorcism cuz they CAN. They aren't forced to do it. If you accept to be a sorcerer, you accept the dangers too. Geto just started pursuing a shitty fix for the problem instead of some real fix.

2024-01-14 23:16:51 +0000 UTCThe sad thing is, Gojo almost took the same path as Geto. But in Gojo's case, Geto was there to stop him from murdering all those people. But Geto was alone at his lowest moment and had no one to snap him out of it. Gojo and Geto aren't that different in my opinion, sometimes it just takes one bad day and you go too far. It's tragic that no one around Geto realized how bad he was doing. He desperately needed help to deal with everything. It's quite worrying that Jujutsu High sends teenagers into such terrible situations and then leaves them to deal with it alone. Gojo was able to get something positive out of it with his new powers, but for Geto, his whole world view has collapsed.

Gojo said you should have cut my head off or stab my head with your curse technique nullifying weapon instead of other weapon. Shoko (brown haired girl) is third member of Gojo-Geto group. We see her even today here and there (now she has longer hair). In this ep Gojo said to Geto "You are healed. You must have visited Shoko, I see." Interesting how toji was an option for that Yuki woman. 1. Either remove curse energy from people like Toji's case, 2. Or make them all control their curse energy. Geto was most traumatised with the claps those blind followers were doing at Riko's death. We see him depressed in shower and gradually water sound turned similar to claps. Same thing happened with outside rain during Yuki-Geto conversation. This newbie sorcerer we saw in this ep (Haibara) is dead and he was Nanami's partner.
