Having power means nothing if you haven't the amount of experience someone like Sasuke has. Someone as powerful as Ishikki got taken down because someone as intelligent as Amado bid his time and waited for his opportunity to set his plan in motion to make him resurrect in a weaker vessel which only made it easier to kill him. It was a combined effort because if you take Koji, Naruto and Kawaki out of the equation their planet would be destroyed by now but it wasn't because Ishikki got outsmarted by Amado and Kawaki while Naruto and Koji played the part of the muscle. It's all about how you play your cards not how much power you have and at this moment in time Code has limiters so he's nerfed that's why he hasn't dared make a move yet because he needs them off.

The Sharingan is only helpful against humans without Rinnegan and the associated teleportation and Switch Places technique, he is completely lost. He can fight, but he is not even close to his old level. The six paths techniques were broken.

If Code were as powerful as he is right at this moment he would have just attacked the village by now but he hasn't because he knows he'll lose. You should know by now a person's power means absolutely nothing unless you can strategically counter them. Shikamaru is nowhere near one of the most powerful in the verse but he's successfully defeated characters that were more powerful than him because he knows how to play the game smart. You're also not taking into account Sasuke's years of experience as a shinobi, it may not seem like it but Code's still a kid almost the same age as Kawaki and as a member of Kara they were not trained in the same way shinobi train like gathering experience on missions with squads and squad leaders you become wise by learning from your mistakes while Kara are just trained to be weapons so while Code may have raw power he's a complete novice who can be misled by a veteran like Sasuke.

He spent the first 17 years of his life without one, he's still a busted shinobi and remember now that Sasuke doesn't have to waste chakra so his stamina is even greater than it was when he had it. This may come as a shock to you Lucky but the same thing happened to Kakashi after he lost his Sharingan in that his stamina improved and his chakra increased over the years. Hokage Kakashi is way more powerful than he ever was in his prime or during the fourth great ninja war; when it comes to the current living Hokage Kakashi actually comes in second to Naruto but he surpassed Tsunade long ago.

2023-09-16 07:29:35 +0000 UTCIf there's one real criticism I have about this arc; it's that they should've kept all the focus on the people within the maze. Cutting back to the rest of Team 7 running around outside doesn't really do anything but make some of the bigger twists less impactful. Obviously this is just my opinion; but there's a reason that the most shocking reveals of this arc have come from the people that Boruto is talking to directly.
