It's just my assumption, I'm not sure but if I remember correctly, Marco, Annie and the others worked together to save Jean and later Marco's corpse was found by Jean. So I presume that since Annie was with them the whole time, she shouldn't have gotten the time to transform and kill Marco. Transforming there in the middle of the city in front of everyone sounds outlandish and less likely. Why would she risk doing something like that. We know that about half of Marco's body was eaten by a titan, so I'm guessing it was some other titan that did it and later Annie just stole the 3D maneuver gear from Marco's corpse. It's just my guess, I'm not sure. But as for who killed the other two titans (Swaney and Bean) it's got to be Annie.
