About the naruto movies, only one of the naruto movies is canon, it's called, the last: naruto the movie and the best place for you to watch it is between episode 479 and 493, and episodes 494 to 500 take place a few years after the events of the movie.

One punch man was an amazing journey and a masterpiece. Unfortunately, we don't have any new official confirmation about season 3 yet. Maybe in the future, but not now. We will just have to wait for it with our fingers crossed and hope it comes out someday. About the naruto and shippuden movies, I think, its about damn time, you get into it. You'll definitely love them, bcuz it's naruto after all. No need to explain it any further, lol xD.

Most of the non-canon naruto movies aren't that great but there's a few that are worth watching. I know you want to watch everything though so I'd say go for it. As for season 3, we don't know when it comes out unfortunately. There's probably enough written material for season 3, but they probably want to wait for a good animation studio to have an open schedule after the season 2 animation criticisms.
