Jean, saying that Eren was to blame for everything, meant that now even Mikasa, the strongest fighter among them, as well as the girl that Jean likes, was desperate because of Eren's death. And now Jean himself already has to give motivational speeches, since Eren is no longer there, and Mikasa does not know how to do this (her speech did not motivate everyone very much, so Jean had to be the first to follow her, shouting to the others that they are cowards and leave comrades in trouble and so on, to somehow awaken the faith in them to fight on). Also the scene with Armin at the end is quite interesting. He literally gave his life in the form of blades and gas to Mikase, although, in fact, she herself is to blame for wasting her gas. But Armin decided to sacrifice himself so that with Mikasa's power to increase the others' chances of survival, and left himself a broken blade only to commit suicide. It shows that he is clearly not a coward.

Just a small clarifications. The reason the titans were swarming HQ isn't cause they're smart enough to know to go there, it's simply cause the city has already been evacuated of civilians so the military HQ is the closest place with a high concentration of humans. Also, when Armin said to leave him the small blade cause he didn't want to be eaten alive, that was basically him contemplating suicide. Cause that blade was too small to even cut through a titan's flesh. Anyways, love your videos and this is only the beginning of this show's mindfucks XD
