Succession 4x3

Succession 4x3

Finally caught up on the Succession reactions and now I get to blaze and watch this banger let's gooooooo

Kevin

One of the best episodes of television I've ever seen. So immersive. The writing, directing and acting is all top tier. The sequence where the siblings get the call was shot in a single 27 minute long take which is insane to even try to think about. You are not alone thinking this was some ploy or game Logan was playing on his kids.. which says a lot about Logan. This episode always gets me to shed a tear but I really break when they show Colin waiting for him after he lands.. ahh man this show so fucking great.

UNC

Knew this episode would be rough on Bralik šŸ˜‚ he’s on team Kendall now . *plays L to the OG as tribute* A lot of good performances in this one, but honestly Connor’s was the one that got me the most. Even as he’s grieving he’s not even mad that nobody of the sibs came to get him until last second when he’s already dead. ā€œHe didn’t even like meā€ but he shields himself and the others and puts on a brave face anyway.

the way this is depicted is so realistic, well done and relatable… all the different ways people react and grieve… everyone’s acting in this episode is world class. i was glued to the screen the whole time wow wow wow

L

Rip to the top one, he was meant to die in season 1 but testament to Brian Cox and the writing that they had to keep him around all four season. L to the OG.

MC

I always figured he’d die. The show is called Succession and you can’t crown a new king without getting rid of the old king. But I thought it would be like episode 9. This puts the whole rest of the season into completely unknown territory.

Ryan Roach

Says a lot about how fucked up Logan is that the first time anyone watches this, they say ā€œis this some kind of play? What’s he doing?ā€

Ryan Roach

If Logan had just gone to his son’s wedding he would have lived. If he had turned the company over to Kendall in season 1 he probably lives. If he didn’t go against his kids and agree to the sale, he wouldn’t have been heading to Sweden and he could have lived. His decisions to cling to power, ignore Connor and go against his kids is the reason he died, alienated from his family.
