Renamon 2.0 WIP

Hey, I come with an update! Renamon's new body is finished. I decided to hammer on the anatomy a lot more compared to the previous body, fixing some quite glaring issues. Take a look:


Her face is a lot more canine looking and less "lumpy" compared to the previous version. She also has actual eyelids now which will cause her to look more real when the textures and materials are applied.


On this one you can better see her new form. I made her more muscular because in my mind, a fighting Digimon would probably be quite powerful looking, and this also gives me an excuse to play with muscle simulations on a character! :)


One big change is her tail position. In the previous version, her tail was much higher on her back wich meant, her spine would have to do a sharp 90ª turn to do that. Ofcourse this is not how spines work or how the human form is. If humans were to have tails, they would come out where our tail bone is, which is more or less where the new tail is now. And just looking at it, it looks more natural this way. Also, big fat cake. :3

And now, the "special place". Part three will feature her vagina quite a lot as the big focus for the next part will be cunnilingus and potentially anilingus if I can fit it all in one part. 

So, I decided to pay close attention to it and trying to make it "Human themed", because I did take some liberties a bit with the anatomy, to try and make it a bit different, since she's not Human after all. 


Now, I need to retopologise the mesh to be usable for animation. For those that don't know, sculpting in 3D causes the meshes to become very dense with millions of poligons(Renamon has 2.5 million polys), but that's exactly what you want for sculpting to mimic clay in the real world. However, for animation this is generally terrible and requires us to rebuild the entire mesh with carefully manually laid topology that is optimized for animation. 

Currently, only the head is done, but soon the whole body will have this new mesh on top which is what I will use for animation and texturing.

Initially, I wanted to already have this done, but I fell sick yesterday, and things have been slow. Regardless, I should be fine again in a few days and for the next update, I should have everything done.
