He feels threatened by Chris. Couple that with his resentment towards Tony, makes for a terrible Paulie.

Back in Discord before y'all even started reacting I was talking about this episode and how I love it cause it seems to have inspired episodes like '4 Days Out' from Breaking Bad and 'Bagman' from BCS. Next episode is fuego too. Also, Paulie is a little hoe for what he did to Chris.
