In a mixing bowl Mix:
Water (1 1/2 cups water)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Flour (3 cups) (choose white flour for white bread or whole wheat flour for wheat bread or other flour according to your preferences)
Fleischmann yeast rapid rise (1 packet)
Mix it all in a bowl with a spoon or with an electric mixer on low setting until all ingredients are well combined and it forms an oval or ball shape in the bowl.
Set aside at room temperature with a cloth, cheese cloth, dish towel, sushi mat or paper towel on top of the bowl.
Let rise for 3 hours
For white or wheat bread cook as is in an oiled loaf pan
For focaccia bread add:
Olive oil
Green olives
Garlic
Garlic powder
Sautéed yellow onions
Chia seeds or poppy seeds on top before putting in the oven
Sun dried tomatoes
Your favorite seasonings
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes in a loaf pan or muffin pan for mini bread loaf muffins
After taking out of the oven
Add your favorite optional toppings
Add butter, honey butter, garlic butter, tomato sauce, cheese or other toppings according to your preference and enjoy!
