Perhaps, have it be if someone's a member of it for 2-3 months they get a sketch or limiting the amount of people who can pledge to that tier. As feel if it stays as is, it might start to become too much for ya to do. As even if it's a sketch, with how many you need to do it might cut the time you have for other things
