You probably saw this one already, but I had not considered pre-casting and the fact you’re likely to live longer as benefits to bless. https://www.reddit.com/r/3d6/s/cJMwVFEGu8. Also, I recall an earlier Reddit post that posited that maybe bless isn’t that good in tier 1 when party members are rolling 1d20 per round, and maybe blasts are a better use of spell slots until extra attack (couldn’t find the link).
