We luckily have new information that the subclass entry specifies that you get all subclass features UP TO that level. So they probably give advice. The conversation between Colby and Chris seemed to deal with the question if they should use old material or not for their builds.

2024-07-17 01:15:13 +0000 UTCBad on me. I assumed that wizards would give good guidance on whether 2014 subclasses should be played with 2024 base classes. From the chaotic conversation between Chris and Colby it sounds like they've given useless guidelines and anything goes. Very disappointing
