I’ve been looking at Great Weapon Master (with blade cantrips) recently as a way to get bonus attacks with a Longsword since the first bullet point doesn’t require a Heavy weapon. I have no idea of knowing how often you’ll drop someone to 0 hp though and critical hit is only 5% of attacks and 10% of turns with extra attack. Also since Shadow Monk was mentioned with Eldritch Adept it is important to note that Eldritch Adept requires the Spellcasting or Pact Magic feature which Monks don’t have.

Longbow, switch hitter, rapier and pistol/hand crossbow, Gun (or Crossbow) Fu, etc. I'm sure there are more. In terms of options, I might throw in tortle to help with mad builds and dual wielder feat to give bonus action attacks.
