One of my favourite DM spells is Nystul’s Magic Aura. Have created quite a few unexpected moments with that one.

2022-01-12 16:24:15 +0000 UTCI have been planning out the next encounters for my party, and one of them I was considering having the enemy use Blink. The creature has innate teleport ability, change shape, and a few spells. Per your other video, I am swapping hypnotic pattern out, which was in one of the monster stat blocks it is based on. I don’t know how blink interacts with legendary actions though - presumably they wouldn’t work on turns the creature blinks out.
