Since “see” and “sight” play a role in a few of these spells, how could casting then wild shaping into an eagle help? Would most DMs go along with the eagle seeing a mile away? My Druids would use Call Lightning like that. This is probably a general comment kore than just 8th level spells in particular. Though once spell casting from animal shape becomes possible there are some interesting things that could be set up.
