Fast Hands is highly effective with the Healer feat. Easily missed because the Healer feat isn't great without it. But with it, you're now healing people as a bonus action essentially for free. That's great in combat, particularly at lower levels.

The most minor quibble: I would probably bump arcane trickster up to the upper end of the “overall” C. The easy addition of booming/green flame as well as Shield really eliminates (and in my games - overcomes) any gap with most other martials on both offense and defence, and it really isn’t hard to get Sneak Attack (even without a familiar). Thanks again!
