Glory Paladin build

A straight 20 level Paladin build for the Oath of Glory.  I also talk about paladins in general as well.  If you are planning to play a paladin and thinking of skipping the multiclassing, this is the video you are looking for.

I don't think human was the way to go on this one. A small sized race with a medium-sized mount covers both dungeon settings and outdoor settings. By going human with a full-sized warhorse, the video is addressing frankly a somewhat minority of campaigns I suspect. Even if you're in the wilderness, as soon as you enter that tower or cave, your mount is useless or even a liability. It was a perfect opportunity to do a Gnome (Mark of Scribing or Rock), Goblin, or Halfling (Lightfoot, Mark of Hospitality or Stout) paladin video, with a medium sized mount.

How does the pure Oath of Glory compare to multi-classed. You correctly mention that it is less min-maxed, but by how much? The baseline of warlock is a good general comparison, but a player is likely deciding on a specific pally and not making a decision between a paladin and warlock.

I'd love to see you put together a build based on throwing a net on a rope (lasso, essentially) and dragging foes around the battlefield. Oath of Glory, in my opinion, would make for the best grappler that pulls/pushes opponents through a druid's spiked growth for obscene damage.

Great, detailed video. Dismounting from a horse may provide cover from range attack, so there may be an actual reason to dismount. Just because the mount takes disengage, does that protect you from an attack of opportunity?
