Road to version 1.5+ (WIP)

Hello everyone, it's been a while.

I wanted to take this time to talk about some things that are currently being worked on in the background, remove the veil so to speak.

1- Improvements to the rig and UI navigation. 🗇

An important part of animation is for the animator's tools to be adequate for the job. I worked and consulted with various animators in order to find solutions to improve the current platform, a reoccurring critique of the assets were their convoluted UI menus and how it requires an external download for things to be navigated properly.

Not anymore.

The new assets will feature a custom rig menu for you to navigate out of the box, you will no longer need to work with a general addon for the models to be toyed with. The UI can and will be improved further as time goes when new features are developed with it.

2- QoL and feature(s). ⚙️

Along side the refreshed rig, a clever feature has been implemented in hopes to ease some of the process namely a ''performance'' toggle to improve viewport performance whilst keeping some preview control for your renders :

Now the user should be able to fully or partially disable performance hungry modifiers with one or two clicks.

A new comprehensive IK-FK switch has also been implemented for you to enjoy along side all controls being now displayed consistently under one menu, no more back and forth with properties hunting as everything available is now in plain sight.

Experimentations focusing on a real time, advanced FK/IK switch is being worked on by a fellow Tech Artist, will release a update on it once ready here and over on X/Twitter.

3- Upcoming character content pack. 🐺 x 🐺

The wolf duo, Roxanne and Loona are on their way as content drop

You can expect the same trend to continue like the previous characters with their various types such as A: Average fan interpretation B: fan interpretation with Bigger proportions and C: Cute fan interpretation.

Additionally, expect more clothing addons for the character platform. 👚🩱👗

The addons will also have their own individual files to be used as resources for characters modelled by other artists in this community 😉
